Carol Perez, MSW,

Registered Clinical Social Work Intern

With a genuine passion for helping others, I have dedicated my career to supporting individuals in their journey toward emotional well-being and personal growth. My goal is to create a safe and non-judgmental space where clients can freely express their thoughts, emotions, and concerns.

My therapeutic approach is rooted in empathy, active listening, and genuine care for each individual’s unique needs. Whether I am working with children, adolescents, or young adults. I believe in a client-centered approach, where I collaborate with my clients to tailor the therapy process to suit their specific goals and preferences. I combine various therapeutic techniques such as CBT, Psycho education, and Solution-Focused approach to provide a holistic and personalized experience, always with the aim of fostering growth, resilience, and self awareness. Through my career, I have worked with clients dealing with anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship issues, and mood disorders.

I hold a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Central Florida and I am currently working on becoming a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to further enhance my expertise and broaden the scope of support I can offer to my clients.

I firmly believe that seeking help for mental health is an act of courage, strength, and self-compassion. As a therapist, my purpose is to walk alongside my clients as they navigate life’s challenges, empowering them to develop coping skills and resilience.

If you are ready to take the first step towards positive change and personal growth, I am here to support you and your journey. Together, we can work towards creating a fulfilling and meaningful life. Let’s embark on this transformative process together!
